Maternity Portraiture – Anticipation

Jeffrey & Jaslyn were my clients for a shoot in NZ some time back and I’m so happy that they reached out to me for Maternity Portraiture when they’re expecting their first-child. I was so excited for them. I can relate to their feelings, being a father of 3 myself, of the fear, the discomfort (of the mum-to-be), the excitement, the teamwork… and Jeffrey’s extremely sweet, massaging Jaslyn’s feet frequently during the shoot, I’m sure he’ll be a super hands-on dad. I just love how they hold hands and those with their tiny baby’s shoes… truly in anticipation.

Here, we’re blessed with great light, among the rainy days. A little wind doesn’t hurt either
